Biography

David is at the forefront of integrating safety into sustainability, and was one of the authors of the Global Reporting Initiative’s Occupational Health and Safety reporting requirements.  He is a member of the Singapore Ministry of Manpower International Advisory Panel and the Lucien Leape Institute of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement/ National Patient Safety Foundation, which provides strategic vision for improving patient safety.
