Guldem Berkman, a successful businesswoman and one of Turkey’s 50 Most Powerful Women Leaders, discusses the magnificent balance she has established between her professional and private lives, inspiring leadership stories, change management, the importance of building high-performance but happy teams, and tips.
Guldem Berkman is currently General Manager of Amgen Turkiye, the affiliate of USA based biotechnology giant. With a strong background in sales, marketing, and general management, Guldem has held various positions at prominent companies since 1991 such as Eczacıbaşı Procter and Gamble, Danone Turkiye and Novartis.
Guldem graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in Chemical Engineering , got certificated from Harvard University and has been actively involved in numerous non-governmental organizations. In 2008, she was recognized as Turkey’s most successful leader under the age of 40, and since 2008, they have been consistently listed her among Turkey’s top 50 most powerful women leaders.
She has a leadership book , published in Nov2023 with the name of Possible, if you understand the Story. She is married w one child.
