Transitioning to the private sector, Hande excelled as an HR Director across diverse companies in Turkey, Dubai, and across Africa, Asia, and Eastern Europe. This experience instilled in her the importance of strong leadership, teamwork, and cultural intelligence, which she further bolstered with a Master’s in HR focused on Cultural Intelligence and Diversity & Inclusion from the UK CIPD.

Driven by a desire to empower leaders and teams, Hande pursued coaching certifications. She is an accredited PCC Professional Certified Coach (ICF), Individual & Team Coach (EMCC), and holds a certificate in Applied/Organizational Transactional Analysis (UKATA).

Hande’s passion for travel has taken her to over 50 countries, enriching her with a global perspective. This, combined with her extensive experience, allows her to offer strategic and practical solutions to leaders and organizations. Hande specializes in: Emotional Resilience, Women in Leadership, Leading Across Cultures, Diversity and Inclusion.
